Problem
The ulez will affect thousands of London bikers who's emissions only account for 1% as TFL has stated on their survey https://consultations.tfl.gov.uk/environment/ultra-low-emission-zone/
So please tell me how it is fair that a motorcycle and cars an vans should pay the same charge it doesn't make sense and is a load of nonsense just trying to take money out of hard-working people

Solution
So Stop trying to impose these nonsense charges on bikers and charge it on your own vehicles that still put out high emissions we all know you probably won't

My bike costs me £2.73 a day that includes petrol ,insurance And tax so compare that with your average travel on public transport your journey to and from work Will be no less then £3.00 only if you travel during off-peak times otherwise It will be considerably more so I save 27p a day using my bike it doesn't sound like much but it adds up to £98.55 a year most people can't afford to throw that away and that's just comparing my bike cost with the cost of off-peak travel with in London
