Change.org updates do not always get through, so I am listing four important items here: 1. Public Meeting on Thursday November 12th at 7.30pm Drovers Centre, North road (opposite Caledonian Clock Tower). London Underground planners will be there. 2. Support from local MP Emily Thornberry. She has written to Nick Brown, London Underground MD, asking why there was no consultation and why the unused lift shafts can't be used. She also mentions the big impact the closure would have on the elderly and the disabled, as well as everyone else. 3. There is now a local Labour Party petition.
