Add a new bus route along the South Circular linking Clapham South to Tulse Hill

Add a new bus route along the South Circular linking Clapham South to Tulse Hill
The Issue
Many people living in or going to school in Clapham and Tulse Hill are affected by the lack of a direct bus route along the South Circular. This concerns adults but also a lot of school children, who are affected by 4 problems:
1. Some children leave home very early and have a long journey after school because they have to go via Brixton or Streatham and take 2 buses.
2. For others it means a long walk along the South Circular, which with the heavy traffic probably means they are breathing unsafe levels of fumes.
3. For many more children, it simply means they never apply to they schools they would like to because the journey is too difficult.
4. There are also some who are driven to school by their parents, which adds to congestion and pollution in the area.
Examining existing usage does not help because it does not deal with the issues of trying to reduce traffic and of children not having a full choice of schools due to poor transport options.
Obviously the lack of a direct east-west connection affects many adults in Tulse Hill too, so the whole community would benefit from filling in this gap in the bus network.
Please look again at this significant gap in the bus network. We hope you see the need for a new service and will add at least a school-time route and preferably a full-time route.
Thank you for your attention.
