I like any other law abiding mortgage paying hard working citizen fell victim to an orchestrated campaign of terror between june 23rd and October of 2021 with officers allowing the use of an acoustic hailing device and other less lethal weaponry as well as conventional stalking using things like a parabolic microphone, illegally tracking me,  interstate stalking and 24/7 auditory harassment with an acoustic hailing device  for sleep deprivation and sensory overload torture that would be defined by the ICC as well as the red cross as torture (enhanced interrogation techniques as defined by the DOD) ILLEGALLY IN MY OWN HOME AGAINST ME that upended my life completely. It manifested in acts of community mobbing, break-ins into my home, invading my privacy, unlawful surveillance, incessant  harassment with a hand held acoustic hailing device that was either privately or TAX PAYER owned and treating me as if I was property to be used and abused

To help cover corrupt officers used the spread of slander and libel to get other community members to participate by using words and phrases that had been conditioned to trigger fight flight mode during the acoustic torture sessions, designed with one end goal - to prevent me from working and strip me of my home and all I own. A campaign executed, shockingly, with the help of individuals sworn to uphold the constitution and Enforce the laws of their jurisdiction; certain members of St. Charles City and County law enforcement actively misused their positions of authority, spreading false accusations that eliminated any possibility of not just public records regarding these crimes being created often times OUT RIGHT REFUSING TO CREATE A PUBLIC RECORD or criminal report OF THEIR PRESENCE OR ACTIONS as well as the hundreds of crimes committed but also preventing  public outcry by outright lying to the public to make a villain of the victim. As well as threatening witnesses with something similar happening to themselves. Often using the "park police" vehicles in deerfield for their crimes such as the time I made visual on them using the acoustic hailing device from it but also to accentuate to witnesses that it was supported by the organized crime who runs the park and they risked losing their homes if they spoke out.

One attempted Internal affairs complaint of multiple I attempted to file  led to them sending one of the the officers who the complaint was against to show up at my door and refuse to leave until I agreed to drop the complaint. Internal affairs complaints that lead to threatening the citizen , then records of the complaints being either destroyed or never being created is a danger to ALL citizens. As the officer they sent to threaten me was spearheading the disinformation, covering enabling and participating in the campaign of crime, break ins, terror etc against me and was the first point of contact during any attempts to launch an investigation as he was an officer assigned to work the park entrance at night when some of the worst of the torture was committed.

Such corruption extends well beyond these personal violations. There appears to be a deep-seated network of corruption that includes officers and politicians within St. Charles City and County connected with organized crime. This system seems to involve moonlighting for other employers, such as Deerfield Village, or the usage of personal connections which represents blatant conflicts of interest with their oaths of office. Furthermore, this behavior extends into city government, promoting a culture of political corruption propelled by personal connections with various businesses.

It's time we push back against this abuse of power. A full, open, and transparent third party investigation is required to expose the expansive corruption within St. Charles City and County's government and law enforcement agencies. We cannot allow these individuals to continue exploiting their positions and violating the responsibility they owe to the public. Only through shining a light on these alarming practices can we hope to see justice served and begin to rebuild trust in our institutions. Trust that is lacking for good reason because despite my working through EVERY legal and proper channel the only records of the crimes remain my few 911 calls... as often I was tortured worse for calling 911 many of my points of contact were walking into the station or reaching out to The office of responsibility or Internal affairs through the non emergency number... all of which there remains NO public record of.

 Corruption on u.s. soil against u.s citizens to deprive them of their constitutional rights should rightfully be investigated and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Epecially when those violations lead to torture The eighth amendment (3,4,5,6,7 as well) APPLIES to all.. and no one should be subjected to the very literal definition of torture as a u.s. citizen on U.S. Soil.. moreover in their own home.

We shouldn't have to live in fear of those sworn to protect and serve us. Let us, collectively, stand against this unacceptable behavior and demand accountability. Please sign this petition to call for a comprehensive third party investigation into the misconduct of St. Charles City and County officers and the elected officials who have refused to hold them accountable. We as citizens are NOT to be deprived of our constitutional or human rights for the gain of the few. Although the corruption may remain deep and the very institutions which are sworn to uphold the law may prevent an investigation and the truth coming out this petition at least stands as an overview of my testimony to the crimes committed against me at 3769 Cadet ct. St.Charles MO between June 23 and oct of 2021. For posterity if nothing else. There needs to be a full transparent investigation as well strong legislation against the use of Acoustic hailing devices and the like against Citizens in their homes to stalk and criminally harass them. The complicity of law enforcement made it so much easier to  get away with it, using the trust other public gives officers to discredit a victim for your criminal buddies to mob him out of his home, life savings and everything he owned.
