Every morning taking a train to work has became very difficult, what i witness in mornings, disturbs me whole day and give me anxiety using TransLink service. This morning i noticed a pigeon standing by trap cage and looking at the seeds inside. What i noticed in that 3 seconds keep me thinking whole Day if the pigeon has got in the trap already? does it have a nest around? Was it there to get some food for the young ones in the nest? If both parents are trapped will the young ones survive in nest? 
From past few days i have been noticing seeds and water in trap, that change came in effect after our petition got media’s attention. 
Leaving seeds and water in those traps doesn’t make it humane method, regardless the trapping and killing method is the most inhumane thing. Pigeons go far to look for food, leaving seeds on open area to lure them down from sky, get them trapped and starve their young ones in nest is the most inhumane method of controlling the population.

we need to build public aviaries, build more nests , and remove their eggs and replace it with fake eggs to control their population. This could be the humane method and most effective method.  

Trapping method should be banned
