The Front Page headline of today's Winnipeg Free Press reads " Transit loses millions in revenue." The story itself states "the bumpy start to a new primary transit network implemented on June 29 is partly to blame." WHAT AN UNDERSTATEMENT. The time has come for EPC to realize that immediate improvements to transit service to hospitals are an important part of solving the problems created by the implementation of a new transit system with very little public consultation.
