Transform Aerotek into a Positive Workplace! Stop the abuse!
The Issue
My story at Aerotek is, unfortunately, similar to many who have walked through its doors. I have experienced firsthand the intimidation, unfair treatment, controlling tactics, and manipulation that seem to pervade the corporate atmosphere. Gaslighting has become a tool used far too often, leaving good talents feeling unheard and undervalued. This is a personal call to action because I am tired of witnessing so many promising individuals endure this hostile work environment.
Jim Davis and Steve Biscotti, Raven's Owner, founded Aerotek in 1983 with a dream and a vision. What started in a humble basement has grown into a multinational talent management leader under Allegis Group, one of the largest staffing companies in the United States. However, the legacy these inspiring founders envisioned is at risk of being overshadowed by reports of it being a "Hostile Place to Work."
A company should not only be successful in financial metrics but should also be a place where employees feel valued, heard, and motivated. Transformation is possible, and it starts with acknowledging the issue and taking deliberate steps to address them. Addressing such issues as intimidation and manipulation can create a nurturing environment for employees, fostering growth and innovation.
Let's rally together to urge Aerotek to look at the experiences of their employees, past and present, and craft a cherished legacy of support and positivity. Change is within reach, and together, we can make Aerotek a place where talent not only grows but thrives.
We are calling the leaders of Aerotek to act upon their company's "Guiding Principles". Do not just post it on the walls of the office as mere decoration!
This is a call to action to end the corporate abuse!
