70 Square Feet - No Air Conditioning-Unsanitary Conditions-Abuse-Neglect-Civil Rights Violations

Patients with serious  mental illness deserve to be in a hospital  with proper treatment.  The Commonwealth could easily transfer this population to a secure facility already overseen by the mental health experts, the Department of Mental Health.
