Six more deaths reported!!  

Deaths are not new under the Massachusetts Department of Corrections Oversight.  The MA. DOC is an organization mostly reactive to failures.  Rarely do we see proactive measures to fix the ongoing and serious issues throughout the system. Poor leadership, lack of accountability, non therapeutic envionment and failed healthcare are the root causes for the failures we contionue to see at Bridgewater State Hospital.   

Bridgewater State Hospital must be placed in the hands of the experts, the Department of Mental Health.
