MA. Disability Law Center Details Severe Issues at Bridgewater State Hospital "Read Report"

August 2025 Disability Law Center monitor report for Bridgewater State Hospital reveal an abundance of failures, including civil rights violations, dangerous toxic mold, subjecting patients to severe temperatures in a confined space, critical employee shortages, untrained and unqualified employees, dangerous  and repetative facility inspection violations and non therapeutic envionment.
