On or about October 14, 2025, Massachusetts Legislators will begin hearings for the transfer of Bridgewater State Hospital to the Department of Mental Health. We need your support.

Here are the Bills:

This year, three separate bills are currently sitting in legislative committees to transfer Bridgewater State Hospital to the Department of Mental Health. This is the first time in the Commonwealth's history three Bills for the same act have been written by three different legislators. Support from both Senate and house continues to grow.
