The words  heard from this documentary still resonate today. Inept medical care, bullying by correctional officers and an environment detrimental to helping patients suffering from serious mental illness  every day.

Neglect, poor leadership, unsanitary envionment, no air conditioning, toxic mold, insect infestation  and other inhumane conditions persist inside Bridgewater State Hospital.
