Unbelievably,  just this week, The Massachusetts Department of Corrections renewed Wellpath's (renamed Recovery Solutions after a 2024 bankruptcy filing) for an additional five years (The same Wellpath leadership is still in place, nothing has changed, except the name). 

We are trying our best to have the Massachusetts legislature reverse this decision.  I think you would agree that you would not want your family member receiving care from an organization that has proven to fail its patient population across the country.
