This disturbance is caused by an outdated railroad crossing adjacent to the Trump International Hotel. For residents and visitors near the intersection of Fashion Show Drive and Sammy Davis Jr. Drive, the noise pollution presents a significant intrusion on the right to peaceful enjoyment. The constant sound of train horns—occurring unpredictably at all hours, day and night—has created a considerable disruption in the tranquility and character of the community. In addition to the noise pollution, the crossing raises legitimate safety concerns for those residing or vacationing in the area.
