We implore you- Please stop the re-imagining of this beloved treasure to thousands that call the Fort "Home". The Trail's End Restaurant was the best buffet on Disneyworld property hands down. A rustic wooden clad dining adventure for campers and visitors. The dinner ranged from the famous fried chicken, brisket, pizza, salmon, shrimp, salads, fruits, baked desserts & even included a build your own soft serve Ice Cream Sunday. Breakfast was just as, if not more delicious, with every morning goody including the can't miss Mickey Waffles. It was a "book in advance" to make sure you got to visit reservation. Arrival day, forget cooking, set up your campsite and go enjoy. Breakfast on the saddest day of vacation, departure day, was a must do. And a few visits in between. Bob Iger, Josh D'amaro, Disney execs, we implore you, please stop and bring back the Trail's End Buffet. The Fort is a lifelong treasure to so many. Brush off the dust, sprinkle a little magic and make this diamond sparkle again!
