I have a question for you Airtel. I can understand that if i do a recharge then i need to pay taxes for it, for example if i do 100 Rs. talktime recharge, then I’ll be paying 18% GST for the same, but for example if I’m activating a SMS pack or A Data Plan from my balance, then why do i need to pay tax for that pack again because you charge us same amount from both methods be it recharge mode or activation from Balance mode.

So my question is that why do we pay taxes on the amount for which we already have paid taxes ?? Why don’t you keep it just one time process like BSNL is offering, where you just need to pay taxes only when you do a recharge and after that if you’re activating any pack from your balance, then there is no taxes and you’ll be charged less amount than recharge mode. 

I've written mails to Airtel regarding this but they're not even replying regarding this.

Support this and make them hear us in loud.
