At a full Council meeting in July 51 Councillors voted on a motion to keep George Carnall open, 30 of those were Conservative councillors and everyone of them voted for the closure, 3 of them Mike Cornes Davyhulme East, June Reilly Davyhulme West and Vivienne Ward Flixton have their seats up for election in May 2018. What is the good of having councillors like these who don't represent us on such important issues.
