Hello my name is Gabby Morgan! 
I am the sister of 18 year old Lacy Reynolds and cousin of 17 year old Kaitlyn Byrum both killed in a vehicle accident on March 23, 2021 at the intersection of Hwy 103 and FM 1277 in San Augustine, TX. This intersection is known by travelers, nearby home owners, and DPS officers as a deadly intersection. There have been many injuries and fatalities that have happened here. I travel Hwy 103 frequently and have nearly hit someone pulling out of FM 1277 many times. When pulling off of FM 1277 you can not see past the curve on Hwy 103 and the sun is also a huge factor in wrecks here. If traffic was stopped in all directions at this intersection I believe that the fatalities and injuries here would drastically decrease.
