***UPDATE*** As of August 2022 Trader Joe's is now going to pay its employees extra to work Sundays and holidays. To anyone who supported, whether it be signing or sharing, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. This quality of life improvement for Trader Joe's employees has been much needed for a long time, and we are also happy it is finally here.

Trader Joe's is a massively popular grocery chain in the United States of America. It is a billion dollar private business, and its in-store employees are internally lauded as the key to its ongoing success. This petition's goal is to raise awareness about the fact that Trader Joe's employees are not paid any extra wages to work on holidays, including federal holidays such as the Fourth of July, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Easter Sunday, Labor Day, Juneteenth, and Memorial Day. Trader Joe's employees are beyond deserving of this small ask, and today I'm asking you for your help raising awareness to this issue. Thank you for your time.
