Toys "R" Us/Babies "R" Us just changed their policies - meaning that customers who have spent money on gift cards or credit vouchers can no longer use those vouchers unless we spend double the amount of the voucher.

Basically they are asking customers to spend more in order to get our money back! This is unfair and unethical.

Companies should not be ripping off customers no matter what their financial status is, especially as new parents are struggling already.

Toys "R" Us is taking money away from hardworking Australian families and babies. This is not acceptable.
