I took my car there because of transmission shudder. My car is not even 150000 miles. It is only 101000 miles. They gave the warranty and then they extended it because of torque converter. Now they don’t want to fix it. It is a safety issue. I have been feeling this issue since 2020. I was afraid of going to do the dealer because it was too pricey since I have only one income with 2 kids. Today Finally I went to the dealer and paid $110 to check the car and the problem is torque converter because of toyota’s fault. Why do I need to pay $3070 for toyota’s fault. I need to have toyota repair it for free. It is a big safety issue. They are saying that the camry is the best reliable car. Toyota Fix My Car. I called the toyota headquarter. They are saying we are very sorry that occurred but we cannot help you. They are saying yes it is our fault but the warranty is already expired. If customers call us about the problem, we will extend it. They know it is their problem but they don’t want to do it.
