The GR Corolla is the practical, improved, beefier big brother of the GR Yaris that was too impractical for most hot hatch buyers who wanted a daily driver.

But... Toyota have confirmed that Europe won't have sight of it. 

The GR Corolla is what the European market needs. Currently the Golf R and Audi S3 are the most common hot hatches you will find on European roads but the GR Corolla is what is needed to give us the true enthusiast cars that are affordable and practical unlike the GR Yaris which is basically just bought by those enthusiasts with the financial freedom to buy a second car that they may use on the weekends.

The GR Yaris is available in left hand drive and right hand drive so North America were able to import it but there is no right hand drive available for the GR Corolla.
