The folks behind all these major thoroughfares don't want local elected officials in office to fight against their plans. This group has created a fake campaign scaring folks into believing there is some crazy high tax increase to stop and to promote their preferred candidates. There is no tax increase or anything on the ballot related to their fliers. Unfortunately too many of our neighbors and friends don't have the time to look into the truth. I need your help again to inform our community that these lies are intended to remove those that oppose the Woodlands Parkway extension from office. Together we beat them at the polls during the bond election and we will need to come together again if you want local representatives willing to stand up for our community. They want to put several major thoroughfares through the heart of The Woodlands and if we allow this to happen our community will never be the same. It is election time and I urge you to look at the candidates the flier supports as these are the folks that will align with the developer agenda.
