After further clarification, the Russell splash pad will become a part of the township budget in the 2023-2024 cycle .The Russell Splash Pad Committee has been working to formulate a fundraising plan but until official direction or designation has been made, we will not be actively fundraising at this time.

We look forward to working with the new Council on this initiative.
