The Residents of Tolland Connecticut have found themselves fighting a battle to preserve a specific parcel of Wetlands located in the “TVA” section of Tolland. These Wetlands are now a beautiful habitat for hundreds of species of aquatic, bird, insect, and animals. We are facing the town selling the Wetlands for $1.00 to a developer, proposed regulation changes for “buffer zones”, site grading for future development with no “clear plan” and procedural steps being overlooked.
