Apollo's abuser be given the full punishment the law will allow.
The Issue
I am a beautiful Lab mix and I was found in New Haven, NY and this is my story.
I was found in the road by a wonderful family on December 11, 2014 and brought into their home, and soon rushed to North Country Vets by a very nice rescue lady. I now have a new family, Paws Across Oswego County, and they have named me Apollo. When I was found, I weighed 29 pounds and had a temperature of 91 degree...s. I have a sister, but we haven’t been able to find her yet, many volunteers have searched the wooded area and roadside where I was found.
Every day I am getting stronger, and gaining weight, little by little, and I am surrounded by people that love me and community of people praying for me.
My owner has been arrested and will be facing a judge on January 8, 2015, for my abuse, Ag and Markets section 353, a class A misdemeanor.
Please charge my abuser with the maximum punishment that the law will allow.
