Kimball Castle built in 1897, A New Hampshire legend is the former estate of railroad magnate Benjamin A. Kimball. This magnificent castle is located on the northern shoulder of Lockes Hill, on Lake Winnipesaukee . Situated on 20 plus acres of prime lakefront land. The castle has been approved for hotel development and is nicely positioned within a few miles of a ski resort and several marinas, with an endless array of recreational activities.

Currently the castle is being set up for destruction. The castle has stood there since 1899 and the last member of family who built the castle has specific wishes for it and never seen them come true. It should be honored and the castle remain standing and her wishes of a nature preserve be fulfilled. This castle holds so much history and it should be shared not destroyed.
