Speeding lead to a fatal car accident with driver Luke Malinich and passenger Lauren Taggart on Delaware road in Clarence New York. We want the speed limit change to Lauren’s high school jersey number 17 to honor her, and to prevent the death of others. In addition to the change we also requested other traffic calling measures to be add on to Delaware. The posted speed limit 40 mph is to high for the conditions of the road.
