For the last few years a hard working group of volunteers have strived to turn a parcel of Unused land into an amazing disc golf course in Chatham, NY. Now the town wants to close the course unless there are major changes in the way it's handled and managed. This course has always been a volunteer effort with people putting in 100's of hours of unpaid work with only the love of disc golf driving them.

This course not only brings 100's of people to Chatham for disc golf but also to visit the restaurant, bars, shops, etc. located in and around Chatham.

With the town board proposing closing the course without thinking about the positives that this course brings to Chatham and the surrounding community they are doing their town a disservice.
