Oppose 2 story building at entrance of Wellington Park- Thurston & Wellingborough

Neighbors,

Please add your name to this petition in opposition of the rezoning of the 1.08-acre lot at the corner of Wellingborough and Thurston to allow a 2-story dental office and other office space to be built. This proposed 2-story building would have approximately 35-40 parking spaces and up to 35 ft. lighting for the parking lot. This type of development does not belong at the entrance to our secluded family neighborhood and would be an eyesore for homeowners.
