Flo’s as you know it is in jeopardy!

Being the latest of its many owners since Florence Kimball opened nearly 100 years ago, the Vigliotta family has had the honor to carry on the Flo’s tradition for the last 20 years. During our tenure, we have maintained, improved and beautified the property to better serve our customers and to be a good neighbor. We have always recognized the uniqueness of our location and how special a place it is in the community. 

Unfortunately, we have been informed that some of our upgrades and improvements need to go through the permitting process with the Town of Brookhaven. We are in the midst of resolving those permitting issues. During this time, some detractors in the area have made it clear they do not want us to stay in business. Their goal seems to be to have us scale down our business to the way it was many years ago. This campaign, if successful, would not enable us to operate in a way to sustain the business and would prevent us from continuing the legacy that Florence Kimball began.
