Problem
The Veterinarian of Record, Miriam Boden lives with her. has injected into the Hamilton Animal Shelters problems, stating laws, and interpreting them as sees fit.  is now a consultant with the shelter and is advising that they can continue to kill animals as has interpreted the law to mean that owner surrenders do not need to be held for the 7 days. As an Attorney and the live in boyfriend of the Veterinarian, there are concerns that this Vet will continue to illegally kill animals before the 7 day hold is up on the advice of her "attorney" , who is also her "business consultant". This is a major conflict of interest for the shetler, the Town of Hamilton, the Mayor Kelly Yaede, and Business Administrator Dave Kenny. No shelter should be held hostage by individuals who interpret the law to suit their own financial gains.

Solution
The township of Hamilton needs to terminate the contract of the Veterinarian of record, Dr. Miriam Boden, and the consultant contract of her boyfriend as both are a conflict of interest.
