Delay the Cortlandt MOD Vote!!
The Issue
- Town is trying to change a residential area into a commercial district.
- Would cause a traffic nightmare on an already overburdened RT 202.
- Building on Wetlands and Greenspace destroying the local ecology.
- Potentially dangerous situation for First Responders to access the area.
- We would like to delay the Town Boards Vote on the MOD and ask that they keep the public hearings open longer than January 14, 2020. Many residents of our town are unaware of these projects and need additional time to voice concerns.
