The sentences domestic abuses are given are too low 

some receiving quite low sentences for horrific crimes including eventually murder sexual assaults and harassment mental and physical control 

change the law to have realistic sentences to match the horrific crimes committed

more needs to be done to save men & women from this 

the law needs changing so repeat offenders can be taken in to custody to save the victim

more funding for the recovery of victims

domestic abuse is rarely a one-off incident, it is likely to become increasingly frequent and more serious the longer it continues and may result in death. It can also lead to lasting trauma for victims and their children. 

We need to overhaul the laws to save our family and friends from this horrific crime
