Every day I read on the news a horrible case of animal abuse. In the animals own homes, usually and by the owner. Terrible suffering. Neglect.Shameless.  sometimes its hundreds of animals as in a recent case. These people are supposed to be the carer for the animal, yet leave them in squalid conditions, no medical care, beaten,  denied food and water. There is no excuse.  Ever. Yet it continues.  These are poor defenceless creatures and the people who inflict this suffering are despicable,  vile monsters.  The penalties they receive are a joke. Banned from keeping an animal. Wow! A small fine, sometimes. A suspended prison sentence or a few hours of community service. Nothing will change unless there are consequences.  Please, help me to help all abused animals by making the abusers held accountable.  Thankyou
