The deadline for the written deputations is tomorrow, Monday June 10, at 12 pm.

Email your written statement (there is no word limit that I am aware of) to delegates@tdsb.on.ca. You can open with "To the trustees of the TDSB". Feel free to draw from the wording of the petition, and personalize it.
