Now that Sidewalk labs has left Toronto we have a huge opportunity to develop the land they left behind into park space. Currently there are no plans to develop this land. But if we don't act soon - there will be!

We are advocating for this waterfront land to be re-zoned and re-purposed as parkland for all Torontonians to enjoy. Imagine playing with your kids in a beautiful park setting by the lake. Walking hand in hand with your loved ones, or taking a solitary stroll, book in hand, and breathing in the lakeside air.

We know the importance of building housing and supporting industry, but this is prime lakefront land - our land, and our neighbourhoods need more recreational spaces for us to relax and get back to nature.
