We would like CECRA rules to be changed so that business owners can apply directly since over 80% of the landlords have not applied and most are refusing to do so. 

This money has been set aside to help small businesses and if this program is not viable as it seems to be proving itself to be  we request that the funds be repurposed for us.

We have already lost the lions share if the year in income, many local mom and pop shops have already folded under the extreme circumstances created by covid 19 and we are heading into a very unknown future in terms of business. Even when we are allowed to reopen it will be at a very different pace,  for restaurants only allowed to have a 50% capacity , stores that will be competing with mostly online sales due to public fear. We need help to survive!!
