Update Jan 24

Thankyou to everyone for your ongoing  and continued  support.

Myself and family are still waiting for the immigration  department  to make contact!!

Our lawyer submitted our Ministers Intervention,  which had hundreds of pages( too much to upload to the extent that some had to go in a Jiffy  bag in the mail). Within 1 day a generic  reply came back" Not in the PubIic Interest"  This quick turn around just shows our case did not even make the ministers desk for review, let alone the Jiffy bag arriving at its destination!

Since then we have resubmitted, and still waiting a response. Not only is this causing stress on the whole family, but our current visa will again expire in Jul 24.

We will not let our family be divided. We came as a family, and if need be will leave together. 

The systemic bullying and hundreds of hurdles has  taken its toll on our family., a Nurse, Auslan interpreter and disability support worker,  Professional Business Owner & Tradesman,  

If these careers and skill sets are frown apon by the Australian government, what types of people will they accept?  How many Australians will be forced to go without seeing a nurse or having access to their disability support programs because the government deems there  parents to old as they are 51 & 57 years old!!
