Thank you all for your continued support. Please keep sharing

My update this week. We now have managed to secure a visa for another year. This will take the pressure off our family mentally, this still does not solve our situation of achieving our PR status. We still face the fact that this time next year we will still face deportation.

There's been many news story's this week stating the older generation are filling the gaps of employment, even on the WA government website they are stating Mature age people are returning to work!!

"Experience matters! There's never been a better time to choose to return to the workforce on your own terms as a mature aged person — your skills and expertise are valuable and are needed by employers. Just bring your life experience, and we'll help you turn it into new opportunities."

Despite emailing the Minister and the local government departments, we still haven't had any contact from anyone!

Over the age of 45 for immigration purposes needs to be changed! We are an asset to the country and provide our skills and knowledge to help the younger generation.

Please keep our family in Australia, we have the skills, and our children have amazing careers ahead of them.

Please share our petition and hopefully the Minister of Immigration Andrew Giles will see our worth.

Thank you

The Tunnicliff Family
