One Year has passed since I started this petition. In that time I have been contacted by the paper to answer with my thoughts on the councils upgrading of the Southside pool. There is nothing to comment on so I declined, as this is a separate and important stand alone issue I feel, that still needs to be addressed. Lowering pool prices to a blanket $2 per person entry fee is good, however add up 5 children daily and you see the problem I am sure. Employ a security guard if needed to prevent vandals. .. Or tell me what exactly are a police officers duty? This town needs FREE water play and parkland that is not under fenced financial lock and key! Please Sign and Continue to Share
