We are asking you to sign this petition against this bill that Assembly member Michael Benedetto (District 82 Bronx) has sponsored to prohibit our children from playing tackle football. Football has been around many years and has been proven to help our children prepare for the fundamentals of life. Like no other sport, tackle football teaches teamwork, discipline, responsibility and loyalty. Being a coach and director of youth tackle football I have watched so many children grow into young men. I have seen so many parents love the experience of the sport and how their children have grown up with the great habits that prepare them to be adults.  

 Please help us stop this bill which is proposed to stop tackle football immediately , so many children and their parents make playing tackle football a major part of their lives.
