VISIT TO SAN QUENTIN WITH KENNETH CLAIR: SERVED PETITION ON GOV. JERRY BROWN
Feb 10, 2016 — Just wanted to send you an update on our campaign. I visited Kenneth Clair in San Quentin Prison yesterday. Kenneth Clair is in good spirits and appreciates all the mail he has been getting. Please keep writing and supporting him. He is sending a letter to show his appreciation to us, and I will post an update when I receive it.
Kenneth is trying to fight coming to Orange County on the 19th for resentencing. However, if he has to come down to Orange County anyway, I will let you know because we intend on being at the court and in the courtroom. The media is planning on being there too.
I change the plans on the Sacramento event because we do not have enough campaign money to make another special trip up North. So since I was already within a couple hours of Sacramento, I served GOV. JERRY BROWN’s office myself right after my visit with Mr. Clair. Maybe at some point in time we can do the Legislative Day plan, but I can assure you that GOV. JERRY BROWN has been served!
I will not be making any updates unless a media story comes out, or Kenneth’s letter comes in the mail, or we find out if Kenneth will be appearing in Orange County for resentencing, so Please continue to get more people to sign the petition. To donate online, go to http://cric.cjfordpi.org. To send a check, make it out to CRIC, 211 S. State College Blvd. #316, Anaheim, CA. 92806.
Thank you for supporting Mr. Kenneth Clair’s Exoneration Petition.
