I am attaching a news story regarding Mr. Wagner’s role in the investigation, and many other investigations. For more information, google Scott Sanders who is the public defender that has exposed Wagner, Simmons, and other DA’s who were removed from cases by Judge Goethals, a judge in Orange County Superior Court. After they were removed, those same DA’s went afterJudge Goethals for exposing them for their role in withholding exculpatory evidence. Dan Wagner had the audacity to talk about Mr. Clair’s case when he has been involved in withholding the DNA results and exculpatory evidence in Kenneth’s case. I will be updating you on Mr. Wagner, and Mr. Simmons, and the DA’s working for Tony Rackauckas who have been trying to stymie our efforts to exonerate Kenneth Clair. I am on my way to San Quentin to visit with Mr. Clair. We are not going to let the DA put a completely different spin on our case.
