THE LATEST ON PENARTH PAVILION?

It has been interesting to read the recent experience of Vale Life magazine in their dealings with PACL.....it's an all too familiar tale! From the many comments to their post it appears that there are still many people out there with the same experience And there's still no news on the re-opening of the cinema? And what has happened since the award of the latest Lottery grant of £126k? Does anybody have any updates??
