Under Wisconsin Statutes 323.10, a state of emergency should not exceed 60 days unless the state of emergency is extended by joint resolution of the legislature.  Governor Tony Evers (Wisconsin) has continued to extend this now illegal state of emergency since September.  He has not met with the legislature to extend the orders and will probably keep extending them based on what has happened the last few months.  We want these emergency orders to be cancelled including the mask mandate.  On the topic of mask mandate, the number for covid positives have drastically increased since the mask mandate has been put in place.  This begs the question about mask effectiveness even though more people are wearing them now as opposed to July when there was no mandate and the numbers were lower.  Governor Evers has done nothing except use his position for political overreach.  It is time for the people to voice how they feel about this illegal act.
