Castle carpark is now £1.20 minimum charge.The new charge is an outrage! Tonbridge are spending billions rejuvenating the high street..... "The vision for the project is to upgrade the High Street environment and support Tonbridge’s regeneration, creating an attractive shopping area and enhancing the town’s historic areas."
