Support growing for Aotea Sea Scouts

Scouts supporting Aotea Sea Scouts who want the community plan to be considered as part of the NZTA East West Link proposal, as this provides for reclamation of foreshore outside the Sea Scout building, and moving the building to a new beachfront.
