Our kids work hard in school and look forward to their rewards cards, why should they be taken away because some kids don't get them. It is not fair to the ones that try so hard.  So now they want to just give kids an achievement award, well what about the kids that don't get that award, will they stop giving them also.  This is just not right and we need to change it back to the way it was.
