I was sentenced to an illegal sentence that violates Pennsylvania law specifically,18pa.c.s.§906, in doing so it also violate my 14th Amendment rights to the US Constitution. This error was made by the courts, it's obvious and patent to those knowing the signs of the law or anyone in this profession. Many have gotten relieved challenging this, such as Com.v.Krysiak, 522a.2d 165, Com.v.Bright, 522a.2d 537 amongst others. This error imposed has put a continuous unwarranted hardship on myself and my family which affects our life and Liberty in multiple ways. While serving this illegal sentence serves no legitimate in applying or enforcing this illegal sentence. No time limitation should serve as an excuse to enforce this illegality especially when the error was made by the courts who are supposed to be the titans of the law that they uphold. Yet I'm being punished for their mistake, how can that be just? I am missing out in my children's life being able to be there and raise them . Being able to become somebody in life other than an inmate when I already served my time for the crime. I'm past my time and I want to be home so bad with my family so that no more time is wasted. Please set me free and it will be a major change in itself.
